The School's online fee payment system is powered by Worldline India (formerly Atom Technologies Ltd.), an RBI-authorised payment aggregator and subsidiary of Worldline SA — a global leader in payment technology listed on Euronext (WLN). Worldline India is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest security standard for payment card data processing.
During the fee payment process, we collect the following categories of personal information:

All payment card information (card number, CVV, expiry date) is processed directly and exclusively by Worldline India, our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway partner. The School receives only a masked transaction reference from Worldline. Full card data never passes through or is stored on the School's servers.
Worldline India maintains PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest global standard for payment card data handling. All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
The School does NOT sell, trade or rent personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. We may share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

No personal data is shared with any advertising network, data broker, marketing company, or any party not listed above.
The School may send transactional communications (payment receipts, fee reminders, school notices) to the registered email address and mobile number. These are directly related to your child's enrolment and cannot be unsubscribed while your child is an active student. The School does not operate any commercial mailing list or send marketing emails.

Fee payment records and associated personal data are retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with applicable Indian financial and educational regulations. After the retention period, data is securely deleted. Worldline India's own data retention practices are governed by their privacy policy and applicable RBI guidelines.
