The Renaissance International School (hereinafter referred to as "RISE", "the School", "we", "our", or "us") is a CBSE-affiliated educational institution (Affiliation No. 2430296) located at Matkatpur, Kharagpur (L), Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal – 721305, India.
The School provides an integrated online fee payment system directly on its website at renaissancekgp.in. Parents and guardians can submit fee payments by clicking the "Pay Fees" button available in the site navigation or in the Fee Payment section. The payment form collects the necessary student and fee details and processes the transaction securely through the Worldline India payment gateway. This facility is provided exclusively for the collection of tuition fees, examination fees, admission fees, transport fees and other school-related charges.
The School does not engage in the sale of any commercial goods. All transactions processed through the payment gateway are solely for educational fee collection in connection with the School's services.
All online fee payments are processed through Worldline India (formerly known as Atom Technologies Ltd.), a leading payment gateway provider regulated and operating under the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Worldline India operates the secure payment infrastructure used by thousands of educational institutions and enterprises across India.

The School shall not be liable for failed or misdirected payments arising from incorrect information provided by the user. In case of a payment error arising from user-provided incorrect data, please contact the school office immediately.
All online fee payments are processed through the Worldline India payment gateway. Worldline India is a subsidiary of Worldline SA (Euronext: WLN), a global leader in payment services, and operates in India as a RBI-authorised payment aggregator.
The School accepts payment via UPI, Internet Banking, Debit Cards and Credit Cards through the Worldline India gateway. No cash payment is accepted through the online portal.
Upon successful completion of payment, an electronic receipt (e-receipt) will be generated and sent to the registered email address and/or mobile number. This e-receipt serves as your official proof of payment.

The School does not levy any additional transaction, processing, or convenience fee on parents/guardians for using the online fee payment portal. However, your bank or card issuer may levy applicable charges as per their own policies. The School and Worldline India have no control over such charges levied by your bank.
Cancellation and refund of fees are governed by the School's separate Cancellation & Refund Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at Kharagpur, West Bengal.
